Although I’m built like these guys, I’m really a fighter more than a pure bodybuilder.

I try hard to keep my overall size down because maintaining thick muscle requires a lot of oxygen, which is not optimal for fighting.

I keep just enough muscle mass to fight, which is still pretty high, at 210 pounds at 5′10″.

I believe that fighting produces and nurtures Manliness.

We fighters always welcome Men to train with us!

No better way to shake off the blues!
