Hey, it time to train and fight!

Get in that car and get to the gym!

The hardest part of training is walking through the fight gym door!

Don’t cut yourself a break! Go no matter what!

Just say to yourself “ No excuses! I need to train!”

The most important thing about training is to be consistent.

Make it your business to train at least 3 times a week,

Work it into your weekly schedule, like going to the grocery store, the cleaners, the drug store, the gas station to buy gas.

Just schedule it and do it!

Your fight buddies will not let you off the hook either!

Train and fight!
