Aggression has a bad
connotation in our dominant culture, the Consumer Culture, Sometimes the
English language falls short with words and the word “aggression”
falls into that category.
In the Consumer Culture
the word “aggression” means unwanted violence against another person,
to hurt them. Aggression means hurting another person, sometimes killing him.
In the Martial Culture
aggression always means “controlled aggression”. A Man, through his
acquired fight skills. uses his “controlled aggression” to dominate
another Man. He Never uses his fight skills to hurt another innocent person
intentionally. He is very conscious of how his fight skills can seriously hurt
or kill another person so he uses these skills with great Respect. When he
fights in the ring or cage, he is matched up to another Man with similar level
of skills. Competition is key. Fighting produces and nurtures Manliness and
both fighters love their Manliness so much that they fight other Men to acquire
still more Manliness, more Manly Worth, in the ring or cage. Fighters also
protect those who need the protection.
The Consumer Culture
labels fighters as “thugs”, This is simply not true.
We use “controlled
aggression” to prove our Worth as fighters and to acquire Manliness.
Train and fight!
Always seek Manliness!
