As
Fighters, we constantly train and fight.
Every
day.
We
slowly become harder and harder, much like a piece of coal, which under
enormous pressure and heat, slowly transforms into a diamond.
The
Fight Gym is much like a Furnace, slowly transforming us into Manly Men.
Train
and Fight!
WarriorMale.

The
Way of the Warrior is the Way of Salvation for Men.

Hopefully you understand that Manhood – Fighting Manhood – is the
Best thing in the World.
The Best!

A
Warrior is Manly, Morally Beautiful, Worthy, Noble, and Virtuous – that is,
because he is a Man in full possession of his Manhood.
WarriorMale

He’s a fighter.
Manly and always ready to fight.

A
Manly Man, a Man who trains and fights, is always ready to fight.
He
trains to fight.

Every
Man must be Warlike and Martial.
Every
Man – must be a Warrior.

Really good video on the importance of sleep in maintaining good health.
Take time to sleep!
Shut off Tumblr (and #warriormale) and sleep!

Note:
Charles A. Czeisler, MD, PhD, Chief, Division of Sleep and Circadian
Disorders at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, explains the impact of sleep
on brain function and physical health. During sleep, the brain is
flushed of toxins and learning experiences are consolidated. Inadequate
sleep can impair physical health including a dampening of the immune
response, disruption in hormones that regulate weight, reduction in the
effectiveness of insulin metabolism and an increased risk for
calcification of the arteries. Dr. Czeisler also describes how
artificial light exposure can cause our circadian rhythms to be
disrupted resulting in shortened sleep cycles or insomnia.
