Today, October 3, 2018, is the fourth anniversary of WarriorMale and “The Palaestra.”

My goal was to provide a place online where Men could go to “experience” in some way what a fight gym is like.

To experience, in some way, training and fighting and all aspects of the Martial Culture.

So far, it has been really good.

I have met Men from all over the world who relate to what I share on this blog.

I want to thank everyone who reads this blog and messages me.

Not everyone agrees with what I share (I honestly didn’t expect that) but the response has truly been overwhelming!

Sad to say, this is the only blog that I know of where Men can go and experience true Manliness, produced and nurtured by fighting.

Hopefully I have made a difference, not only in Mens’ lives but with everyone whom I’ve met!

And like I have said countless times, always remember….

Train and fight!
