To all Americans who vote today:

Democracy requires the participation of its citizens. It’s their
civic duty to vote, to choose the best candidate in an election. This
civic duty is not to be taken lightly. To vote is a moral
responsibility. And so, f
or those of us who train and fight,
we need to use our “Moral Compass”,  the Moral Virtues, to make the right
decision.

Fighters are Moral Men and are imbued with the Moral Virtues,
acquired by training and fighting.

The Five Moral Virtues are the
Martial Culture’s Moral yardstick, measuring how we live a Moral life. Since
the Martial Culture provides a simple approach to Morality, the Five Moral
Virtues are very easy to understand.

Ask yourselves these 5 questions as
you make your decision:

1. Is this candidate Humble?

The Oxford Dictionary: “The
quality of having a modest or low view of one’s importance. ‘he needs the
humility to accept that their way may be better”

Humility implies that the candidate
understands his/her limitations and admits mistakes, taking full responsibility
for them and making amends. He/she is a responsible person.

2. Does this candidate have
Integrity?

The Oxford Dictionary: “The
quality of being honest and having strong moral principles. ‘a person of
complete integrity’ “

Integrity implies that the candidate
is truthful in all discourse. The candidate tries, often in difficult
circumstances, to tell the truth.  He/She takes responsibility for telling
the truth because the candidate has a “Moral Compass” and acts as a Moral
person.

3. Does the candidate exhibit Self
Control?

The Oxford Dictionary: “The
ability to control oneself, in particular one’s emotions and desires, especially
in difficult situations. ‘Lucy silently struggled for self-control’ ”.

Can the candidate maintain control
of himself/herself under pressure? Can he/she exhibit control in words and
actions that are appropriate to the situation at hand?

4. Is the candidate Selfless?

The Oxford Dictionary: “Concern
more with the needs and wishes of others than with one’s own. ‘a noble act of
selflessness’ ‘the selflessness and courage of officers killed in the line of
duty’ “

Can the candidate put the needs of
the Nation ahead of his/her needs? Does the candidate have a true “a Sense of
Duty” to the Nation, putting his/her Duty first above making money?

Always remember: Where Money is
prized, Manliness is despised.

5. Is the candidate Respectful?

The Oxford Dictionary: “Showing
deference and respect. ‘they sit in respectful silence’ “

Does the candidate always show
Respect for people, places and things that are important to the Nation? If the
candidate shows disrespect, does the candidate immediately apologize for the
disrespect and not commit the disrespect again?
Showing Respect is the foundation,
the bedrock, of the Martial Culture. It is by far the most important of all the
Moral Virtues. Fighters are always known for showing Respect.

These 5 Moral Virtues are the Martial
Culture’s Moral Compass. It’s extremely important that the candidates elected
be Moral people.
Whether you like it or not, your
decisions today are Moral decisions.
You MUST make them Morally, without
emotions or falsehoods getting in the way.
As fighters, use the Moral Virtues
that you have acquired to make these decisions.
Then vote. By your vote, you are demonstrating
your love of Manliness.
Never forget that – ever.
