I would like to thank @warriormale @imfemalewarrior and @thenonbinarywarrior for putting so much work out positivity on my dash everyday without all the bullshit that usually comes with most work out social medias these days.
I’m a transmasc demiboy and warriormale is why I started getting into working out to fight dysphoria and so far I lost 20 pounds with a personal trainer and keto diet. Not on keto anymore but still working out. I do resistance training twice a week with trainer with cardio once a week on my own.
I’m really glad that the positivity is working and reaching so many people! Exercise should be a tool to help you be the healthiest version of you, not a weapon to force yourself to fit into Consumer Culture.
